Title of section for this section 11 Yoga Basics Tuesday, January 28 6:20–7:30 PM Curious about yoga but feeling intimidated? Carolyn Hamstead, will teach basic yoga poses and myriad benefits of yoga. Plus, you’ll leave super-relaxed! Carolyn has been practicing yoga for 35 years and teaching for 14 years. She has an E-RYT-200 certification from the Yoga Alliance of North America and a 125-hour certification from YogaUOnline as a Yoga Wellness Educator. She’s also a registered nurse. If possible, participants should bring their own yoga mat and a yoga strap or 6-ft. long scarf/necktie. Arrive by 6:20 PM to sign a liability waiver and set up your mat. Class will begin at 6:30 PM. Generative AI Explained— Benefits, Challenges, and Ethical Considerations Thursday, February 6 7–8:00 PM Denison Professor Lew Ludwig will provide an overview of generative AI and its transformative potential in education and beyond. We’ll also discuss ethical considerations, including privacy and bias, highlighting AI’s impact on society. Dr. Ludwig is a nationally recognized speaker with extensive experience in discussing generative AI. een Programs Grades 7 to 12 Adults are welcome to attend these programs.
